BOOKING POLICY (Take your time & read before booking):

1. DEPOSITS: A Deposit of $50 is REQUIRED & NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are Non-Transferable.

2. HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: In order to cancel, go to your email, search “B-Unique Beauty” to find your appointment confirmation, scroll down to the bottom of the email and click the tab “Account Page” to cancel or reschedule. Please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations less than 48 hours notice will adhere to a $50 service fee. This will be strictly enforced and at Kayla’s discretion only to extend grace in the case of an unforeseen situation.

4. NO CALL / NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment, the card on file will be charged the FULL PRICE of the treatment. NO EXCEPTIONS! In addition, after two “No-Show” incidents, unfortunately you will be banned from booking any future appointments due to the very limited space available. Reminder your deposit will NOT be refunded.

5. NO EXTRA GUEST: I am very understanding and you will find I will do my best to be accommodating if I can and with having prior knowledge. So no extra guest unless having discussed with me and I have approved otherwise… NO EXCEPTIONS!

6. Grace Period is 10 Minutes: Later than 10 minutes, please reach out to Kayla for the appropriate arrangements. Depending on the time of arrival, the service will be shortened and you will be responsible for the full service cost. NO EXCEPTIONS! If extremely late (20+ minutes) appointment will have to be cancelled plus a $50 fee.
